One new bass line every day, made from scratch.

The goal of this project isn’t completed/polished work. Just rough sketches. So expect to hear some ugly. Move on to the next track if it doesn’t move you right away. Or just let it run for 3 hours in the background while you go into an epically productive session of coding or working or vacuuming the living room.

  1. Well… I downloaded the 2 first. Let’s see if I will have the nerves to take the plunge for 100 days of scat! If I do, I will loop your bass tracks for a 5mn daily torture… expect some ugly too… I’m referring to this video to give me the courage to go through: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIIVoVRx1tA

  2. Go for it Siby! Or put it on hold and do it some other time (I know you’ve got a zillion projects going so no need to pile it on).

  3. Great list my friend and love the concept. James mitchner did this for history and made it something you could really sink your teeth into. Have you ever read “the greatest salesman in the world?” Might be a good add.

    1. Doing it every day is definitely getting me stuff. I have a series of things I’ll probably post about it. Haven’t read the Og Mandino stuff though it gets recommended to me every few years.

    1. Not at this time, but you can find some of my music at https://gahlorddewald.bandcamp.com, if you follow me there you’ll get notified when I release them all. Now with Coronavirus going on I’m sure I’ll have time to wade through and make them. Thanks for listening!
