- 301 redirect
- A server status code that indicates that the web page or resource has moved permanently to another URL. The 301 redirect is sort of like having the post office forward your mail to a new address.

The requested resource has been assigned a new permanent URI and any future references to this resource SHOULD use one of the returned URIs.
